For change-of-mind returns, goods should be unused or unworn beyond reasonable inspection, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please include original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible.

These requirements do not restrict your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrectly described products.

2. FREE RETURN SHIPPING

Eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery qualify for free return shipping.

Our customer support team will provide an authorized return destination and a prepaid shipping label or another return arrangement at our expense.

Please do not mail merchandise to an unconfirmed address. The return processing facility may differ from the business correspondence address.

3. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Keep proof of return shipment until your request has been resolved.

For orders of $30 USD or less, any applicable shipping charge is disclosed before payment confirmation.

9. UNITED KINGDOM CONSUMER RIGHTS
